I have a problem here with "write a function named open_with_csv that takes one argument, a string with a file name".

I have a problem here with "write a function named open_with_csv that takes one argument, a string with a file name". How do I fulfil the requested correctly? Do I need to specify that the argument is a string?

loadData.py

def open_with_csv (loadData.py=str):
    data = []
    return data
