I have an older version of Wordpress (4.4.0) in the Blueprint. How do I update this to the latest version of Wordpress?

I have an older version of Wordpress (4.4.0) in the Blueprint. How do I update this to the latest version of Wordpress? I cannot find the instructions on the show notes as Zac suggests.

Go to the admin area of your site and look for the update WordPress button.
