I have an online store. Do you guys know of a good designer to do some changes in my store without braking my Bank?

I am a treehouse student and I am learning HTML, CSS and know I just started with PHP, in the mean while I also have an online store hoted by 3dcart. I really need to improve my mobile site and my actual desktop site for something friendly to use.

Do you guys know of any designer to do this type of work? The 3dcart teams does it but it is too expensive and I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. Thank you.

I just don't know where to do and what a better place to ask than my own school.
