i have been charged for the subscription by treehouse without even informing me for the past two months. need help

i have been charged by treehouse for monthly subscription on my credit cards without even informing me. i have stopped using treehouse after few days of signing up. the amount has been debited two times for november and december month. i dont know jow to back my amount paid. need help

Just want to state here publicly that we notify everyone of upcoming charges to their credit card. We send an email…

  1. prior to a trial account converting to paid,
  2. after converting to a paid account,
  3. every time a subscription renews from that point forward,
  4. and we encourage students to continue using our service and notify them of new content.

We're not in the gym membership business—we don't watch to charge anyone secretly or have them not use our service. It's in our best interest to have everyone learning like crazy.
