JavaScript Introduction to Programming Basics Writing Your Program

I have downloaded the text editor and copied the HTML but am unaware of how to link the text editor into Chrome?

I am using Windows 8.Also I am a beginner and on the Rails Development track so when answering this question understand that i am brand new to all of this! Thank You.

Hi breyonnamingledoff. You may want to check out Adobe Brackets. I've read it's great for front-end languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I am in the process of evaluating it myself.
