Weebly, Squarespace and companies like Crazy Domains, Bluehost etc. have some in-built software to build websites through drag and drop functionality without any coding knowledge

You might want to try Adobe Muse or Dreamweaver. Muse allows you to design without writing a single line of code (I use it) but that requires a subscription to Creative Cloud. If you're part of a university, you can get a discount.

does it enable to code or put functionality into my site ...... stuff like having a chat box , animations , transaction tables and all ????

You're going to need to learn how to use a variety of programming and design languages if you want that much functionality. Put in the work and learn the right way or you can pay someone to do it for you. Weebly has some of what you described, but where is the fun in not doing it from scratch?

Wordpress is a nice Content Management System that lets beginners make websites without touching any code.
