I have no idea what im doing wrong with the legend element ! please help! :(

It keeps telling me it has to be within the first fieldset and I have tried it everywhere within the feildset please help im frustrated !!!

Spelling error on legend I had it as legand . lol the silliest things are a lot of times what I miss
