Hi there! The Pro subscription doesn't have anything to do with being able to drag the image files for upload. These files are also available for basic users. So let's check a few things first. Are you sure you've extracted them from the zip file first? If they are still residing in the zip file, you'll have to extract them and then drag them. Also, what happens if you click File -> Upload?
