i have problems to set the character set for the page. i don't have idea! someone that help me with this please

i'm on stage 2 of html first, but i stock in the section where ask you do: set the character set for the page. what does mean exactily?

Hey veronica !

you just have to add after your 'head' tag 

<meta charset="utf-8">

thats the character set for the page
