I have purchased domain from namecheap & hosting from webhostingforstudent, still no cgi-bin index on webpage, pls help?

I have purchased domain from namecheap & hosting from webhostingforstudent, transfer DNS about 2x24 hour ago. Being said that the process will take 5 - 24 hour, but still the homepage is the webhostingforstudent landing page. There is no cgi-bin index on webpage, can anyone pls help?
