I just bought a domain from WHFS. How do I download One-Click Wordpress? Do I have to go to CPanel site?

I bought my domain name from WHFS, but didn't get any information that I could use to get into CPanel. Where do I go to download the One-Click Wordpress? Does it have to be from Cpanel.com? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You were supposed to get an e-mail containing the login information to get into CPanel. The e-mail title is "Welcome! Hosting Account Setup and Login Information". Try checking your spam possibly?

If you get around to logging into CPanel, you go to the app installer and click on WordPress. Fill out a bit of information, and at the end, it'll install WordPress to your site.

Also having this problem. Did not receive any congratulations email - yes I have checked spam and all other folders. Have tried typing in mydomainname.com/cPanel with no luck. Have no idea how to access CPanel...

When you bought your domain name, did you also buy hosting?

Many hosts offer one-click wordpress installation once you're logged into your server's dashboard, which is usually, but not always cpanel.

@elizabeth shipton, get a hold of your hosting provider. They will have a support email/phone number and they can help you get logged into your hosting account. Once logged in, you'll find the one touch install for wordpress, if they support it, and they likely do.
