CSS How to Make a Website Sharing a Website Upload the Website

I just set up my website today. Why is there a 400 Bad Request showing on my site?

I also can't connect my web hosting to my website using Cyberduck. This is what it says. "Connection refused. The connection attempt was rejected. The server may be down, or your network may not be properly configured." What's going on?

Did you upload a index.html file? There might also be a .htaccess file that blocks access to your file root (if running an apache server). Check what files you have in the public files directory on the server (you might be able to do that by logging in on cyberduck, or using some ftp software like FileZilla). Please describe what files are in there, or if possible post your index file contents here.

My website is actually up and running now. I guess it was just the DNS trying to find it's places all over the world hence the 5 minutes to 24 hour wait time. Anyway, thanks for the reply!
