I keep getting error...

Please help. I keep getting the following error when setting up WP for allisongrayce.com:

"Error establishing a database connection This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password? Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running? If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

What are you answers to those questions?

Did you update the wp-config.php file and add upload it with the rest of the site, did you create a database on the server with the same information as in the wp-config.php file. Have you uploaded the mysql file to the database you created on the server?

Did you create a local mysql database named wordpress?

Did you open wp-config-sample.php, then enter the database name, user name, and password, and then save it as wp-config.php?
