I keep getting this error when I launch my rails application

Cannot load Rails.application.database_configuration: Alias parsing was not enabled. To enable it, pass aliases: true to Psych::load or Psych::safe_load.

Can anyone help me? I am pretty stuck.

I am getting the same error when trying to hit my localhost with the server running. Any answer would be appreciated.
