i made mistake on the art table on wordpress

I made mistake on my wordpress because i could'nt see my picture nor my art tables. how i deleted and start again

sorry for confuse. I was on video called 1 click wordpress . I followed the steps on video very carefully but i mistake on add art and deleting my image . i figure by deleting those two i can start again but i can't . i still my Art but none of the image nor the field
