Python Python Basics (2015) Python Data Types Specific Index value

I NEED help

Let's practice with indexes! Make a new variable named var1 that is either a list or a string. Make sure that var1[5], the item with an index value of 5, is the letter "t".

index.py
varl = 'eftttt'
varl[5]

The problem is that you misread the name the instructions specified the variable had to be called. The instructions asks you to name the variable var1 (that is var and the number 1) you have named it varl (that is var and the letter l). If you fix the variable name then your code will pass.

Wow ,thanks adrena . The ' 1 ' really looked like a ' l ' .
