Android Build an Interactive Story App (Retired) Intents and Multiple Activities Getting Data from an Intent

I need to set mFuelLevel to the value from the Intent, using "FUEL_LEVEL” as the key and -1 as the default value

Could someone please help me through this, with explanation?

import android.os.Bundle;

public class FlightActivity extends Activity {

  public int mFuelLevel = 0;

  protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {

    Intent intent = getIntent();
    // I need to add the code here

I solved it with:

    Intent intent = getIntent();
    int mFuelLevel = intent.getIntExtra("FUEL_LEVEL", -1);
