Java Java Basics Perfecting the Prototype Using Logical ORs and ANDs

I simply don't understand this question? If Carlos has learned all these skill why would it return false?

Why does it return false, when it checks if all conditionals are true.

Hi there! That's the point... he hasn't learned all the skills. Take a look at the first sentence of this quiz question:

Carlos is just getting started and he has completed the HTML and CSS courses

He learned HTML, and he learned CSS, but he hasn't learned JavaScript (yet). This means that learnedJavaScipt is false and thus, the entire evaluation becomes false.
