I think it's wrong. should be help(str)

question in quiz 2; answer should be help(str) to look up the help file for a string.

The questions are presented in a randomized order each time you take the test so I don't know what question appeared as number 2 for you, but if you are referring to this question:

To get look up the documentation about the str class's upper method, I'd use help(___)

Then str is wrong because they are not asking for help with the str class, but for help with the upper method of the str class. Which can be directly accessed through help(str.upper).
