I tried dragging the highlighted photos from my document file over to the workspace side bar but nothing happened.

13,824 PointsYou can also right-click anywhere in the grey sidebar area and select Upload file from the dropdown list then select the desired file. Good Luck!

11,723 PointsAre you sure you followed the instructions exactly as explained? For example did you click on the button to "extract all files" or the button to unzip the file first? It is a compressed file so that will need to be done Camryn. After the file is extracted or unzipped you should be able to drag it into the console.
Push come to shove you can extract the file to your desktop to save it there, then click on the file button on the top of workspace, then click on upload, find it on your desktop, open it , and you should have it. I hope that helps.
