I tried to replace the bullet points with the images, not showing up on page.

I also notice that the images in this lesson are in the img folder, not showing up in my workspace img folder, was i suppose to download these images (phone and mail)?

If you do not have any images in your "img" folder, then yes, you missed downloading and adding the images. Under the video there is text going over what the lesson is about. At the bottom of that text is a download link. you will need to dl the project file, and add the images to the "img" folder. You may want to go back in the video a bit, as he gives these instructions and how to add them into workspace.
