WordPress How to Make a Website with WordPress Installing WordPress The Famous 5-Minute WordPress Install

I use Windows 8 and it wont let me install file zilla. Could you tell me what to do. Regards Jim O'Connor

I have been trying to down load and install File zilla from filezilla-project.org. I am able to down load it but my PC wont let me install it saying it may be harmful to my computer.

What should I do?

Hi Jim, do you have admin privileges on your Windows 8 machine? If so, be sure you are downloading the Windows Client and not the server version! It will redirect you to Sourceforge.com for the download and you should be able to do this assuming you have admin rights. An options if you don't have the ability to install it locally, you can use a portable version instead which cab be run on a USB drive.

Also, post some pictures of the error! It will help people better assist you in the future!
