I WANT REFUND AS MY MONEY WAS DEDUCTED EVEN AFTER GETTING 5 REFERRALS

I opened my account about 14days ago but i was able to get 5 referral but to my surprise today treehouse charged me even after my 5 referrals. i am surprised totally . i need my money back because i have high blood pressure and i might die if this money is not refunded . i have sent support several emails but no one is replying me please.... help help help

Have you read the FAQs about the referral program? https://teamtreehouse.com/account/referrals

I've referred a few people already. When will my discount start? After your referred members become active subscribers (ie. they sign-up for a full, paying account, not a trial account), the referral discount will be applied to your next monthly subscription fee.

When you go into your referrals page on your account? How many referrals does it say you have?

Please i n my need a refund of my money.. i was charged today $50 from my bank in Nigeria. i have refer people and just want my money refunded please. i am having high blood pressure and this is a shock to me i cannot continue to cope with it... please i just need my money i am begging if that is the right word... treehouse can close my account if they so which.. i have written several emails but no reply

I can't do anything for you. I'm not employed by Treehouse. I'm just a student like anyone else here.

When you go into your referrals section on your account, how many referrals does it say? My guess is Jeff is correct. You've been here 2 weeks, likely your referrals on on their 2 week trial still, and so you wouldn't have any active referrals. That's just my guess. Again, I don't have any special powers here to help.

Hi Abiola Akinnubi, I can confirm a Support member emailed you on 4 December ~12:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. Sometimes our support emails can be routed to your Spam folder.
