I want to create a website where people can book properties. What is the best course to take? What should I learn?

I want to create a website that will display properties (that I can add through a database) in my local area, and people can then book and pay for those properties that visit the site!

I can't seem to find any tracks that suit this exact purpose, any recommendations? What languages should I learn?

I know:

html (basic)
css (basic)
java (intermediate)
