iOS Build a Playlist Browser with Swift Using a Navigation Controller With Segues Using Navigation Controllers

I want to load an other MasterView after my App started without any connection between my initial View

When I start my App my Default MasterView is loaded and shown. After a certain action I would like to load an other MasterView which already exists in my Storyboard which is totally separated from my previous View.

How would I do this? In the tutorials you only show how to load connected Views...

What is the action that will cause this change? Is it a button or after a set time interval?

It would be when you rotate the device from portrait to landscape or the other way around

What makes it totally separate? Could you not set up a manual segue and then use the performSegueWithIdentifier: on notification of orientation change?
