Here's something you can do while you're waiting to get going again.

You might get a quicker response from the staff by using the Support page.

But while you're waiting for a reply, you can go to the Workspaces page, and delete any stored workspaces. That won't affect the course progress indicators, but you can then manually select the very first video of a course to re-enter the sequence, and any workspace you launch will come up in the initial state. Then, whenever you finish a session, just make a note of which course/stage/video you were doing so you can resume at that point when you return.

Once you pass the point you had done before, the system will start keeping track of your progress for you again.
