Courses Plus Student 31 PointsI was charged $49, I thought I got a free trial. I would like my money back.
I signed up thinking I was getting a free trial, I then get an email saying something is wrong with my billing info please sign in to update or we will close your account. I then try signing in to cancel my account but keep getting invalid info msg, so I try to reset my password and I never receive a link to reset my password. I then receive the same msg every other day for a week, I figured since I can't sign in you would just close my account like the email said. I wake up today and it said you charged me $49 , I then try signing in again with no luck. I continue trying to reset my password and never received a link. I Then try calling your number 1-800-928-2130 and get told your not open so I waited and called back and just get to leave a voice msg, so I had to wait to leave a voice msg ? I then click on the reset password around a 100 times before I finally got the link in my email 20 minutes later. So now I'm here, what do I gotta do to get my money back?
