I'd like to get some help to answer this question, the answer I provided to the question it was incorrect, temporary.

what is the answer for operating a phone with one-handed while holding a baby is a temporary disability, but it marked as wrong I'd like to get some help refer to this question.

I think the word you're looking for is situational. Because while having a baby is a temporary circumstance it's not in itself regarded as a disability
