iOS Intermediate Swift 2 Properties Lazy Stored Properties

If a computed property is basically a function disguised as a property, then why not just use a function?

I'm still confused about what advantages computed properties have over functions. When is it better to use computed properties? What exactly is the difference?

To me it seems that properties are best used for simple values to make you code more readable. Functions are probably better for some heavy lifting.
