If you were testing email on behalf of a client - would you insert your own email initially to test? Or would you use their email throughout the process and have them check?

I always use my own email until I'm certain all functional issues are resolved. I don't want the client involved in my development cycle.

When it's in good shape and ready for delivery, I'd put in their address so the operation can be demonstrated to them.
