Java Java Basics Getting Started with Java Strings, Variables, and Formatting

I'm attempting to call printf method for my String but I am getting a compile error. String firstName = ("Quanesha");

my second line started with console.printf(%s, firstName);

   String firstName = ("Quanesha");
   console.printf(%s, firstName);
