I'm not sure how to view/what to view

I don't know which file I'm supposed to open, DS_store? I would prefer to open it in treehouse workspaces, but since there isn't an option for that, I opened that in Notepad++ and there were a bunch of weird characters that said like "NUL" and "SOH" or something like that, could someone please help me out? Thanks.

You aren't supposed to open that file; the files you need to open are inside the inner folders. For example the files for the first step of the first stage of the project are under Stage1 - Introducing Four in a Row/Stage1Step1 - Introducing the Project folder.
