  'email'=>'alena.holligan@teamtreehouse.com'),
  array(
  'name'=>'Dave McFarland',

  'email'=>'treasure.porth@teamtreehouse.com'),
  array(

echo "<ul>\n";
//$contacts[0] will return 'Alena Holligan' in our simple array of names.
echo "<li><?php $contacts[0]['name'],$contacts[0]['email']?></li>\n";
echo "<li><?php $contacts[1]['name'],$contacts[1]['email']?></li>\n";
echo "<li><?php $contacts[2]['name'],$contacts[2]['email']?></li>\n";
echo "<li><?php $contacts[3]['name'],$contacts[3]['email']?></li>\n";
echo "</ul>\n";

PHP will not let you embed associative array values when using quotes. You will need to use concatenation on the string.

Use the following echo statement as a template while noting the colon, (:), and spacing on each side. You should only have to edit the index values of $contacts for each contact listing:

<?php

echo "<li>" .  $contacts[0]['name'] . " : " . $contacts[0]['email'] . "</li>\n";
