Image appears only after two clicks, help?

Strange click behavior:
I have to click on one message first, nothing happens, then click on another message, only then the image loads.

Why could this be?

Please see the code on github if that can help!

Thanks!

OK I solved it! I had did*Deselect*RowAtIndexPath instead of didSelect, have to be careful with that auto-completer in xCode!

I will leave this up in case it helps anyone else.
