image folder doesn't upload to the workspaces

doing on a PC, the drag and drop doesn't work. Help!

Either right click copy and paste the folder in to your desired location or if that doesn't work see if theres an option somewhere in the workspace where you want to upload it, where it would let you upload your files ( like a plus sign of some sort )
