HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Add Image Gallery Content

img tag is not working

<img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt=""> <img src=“img/numbers-01.jpg” alt=“”> the first tag I copy and paste it from https://teamtreehouse.com/community/img-tag-not-working-a-hrefimgnumbers01jpg-img-srcimgnumbers01jpg-alt-a, and is working, but second tag I type it in textEditor and is not working and they look same to me I can't figure out why

yes I found it open your code in text editor right click anywhere on the page, go to substitution uncheck smart quote
