Import Sketch files into Xcode project

Hey, I've followed the Sketch courses, but I don't succeed to import my Sketch files into my Xcode project. I've downloaded your ressources from the last course. So I have the "project-assets" folder with icons.sketch and Tab icons. What are the steps to follow ?
