Import views error: Attempted relative import in non-package

I was doing exactly what Kenneth is doing but the first time i import view in urls.py, i got no error but when i create another views.py file in courses app/migrations and import it, it gives me the ValueError.

Never mind, i was using sublime text, if i just savethe code and then run server, there would be no problem but when i try to run it , it returns an error
