Importing Files

I am having trouble importing the picture files. I drag and drop to the "blackened area" but no files move over? Any thoughts?

I had this problem too...I had to download, save to a local file on my PC. Then manually upload by rightclicking in workspace. I do not know the root cause of the error.

If by chance you could help me with getting my workspace back - its gone missing after I save and close and re-open the window I would appreciate the help.

Thank you Marc, I figured that out just as you sent the message. I am sorry but I am not sure how to get anything back yet. I am worried now about stopping for the night and going to bed. I don't want to lose my work! Best of luck!
