In Intellij getting cannot resolve constructor 'FileInputStream(java.io.FileInputStream)'

Hi, I've been trying to work through this tutorial in Intellij. It's going great so far except now I am getting the 'cannot resolve constructor error'. I am wondering what this could be from. If anyone has an idea, pls lmk.
