In latest Sketch version, mirroring works a little differently than shown in this video

There is no Mirror button on the Sketch toolbar anymore. Instead, you now just launch the Sketch mirror app on your phone and then you automatically get a notification in Sketch on your Mac to connect. Worked perfectly for me, but it's just a little different from what's shown in this video.
