JavaScript AJAX Basics (retiring) AJAX and APIs Stage 4 Challenge

In pure JavaScript?

Just curious, would it be possible to create this app in pure JavaScript? jQuery is a pretty big library, so if you didn't want to use it for a project, it seems like there should be a way to build this with just JS...

Thanks, Iain!

85 kB is really not big at all, but yes you can do this without any libraries. jQuery itself is a library written in pure javascript, so if they managed to do it, there is indeed a way ;-) That's not to say it's necessarily hard, but it does take some more effort usually.
