In Style.css, what's the difference between main styles and layout styles ? I knew that base styles for tags, while pseudo classes for other actions like hover, etc. but I can't figure out the difference between main styles & layout styles, both contain classes and classes contain styles.

28,330 PointsYour main styles would be your site's default styles (e.g. fonts, colors, etc.), and layout styles would be for how the page structure is laid out (e.g. floats, widths, positioning, margins, padding, etc.).
