Inconsistent String.format usage in videos

Some of the videos in the play list use the id as a String, and have to convert the integer value to a String, seemingly uselessly. Others use the more sensible %d formatting character for the id, obviating the need for conversion. Example

String.format("%s=%s", "columnName", String.valueOf(memeId)); // seems silly

String.format("%s=%d", "columnName", memeId); // much more intuitive
