Index and article not linking

So i'm using a different workspace to do my practice but when i created the folder for the article I wasn't able to combine the index to it, I tried clicking on home but it still wouldn't go to the home page

A big advantage of the Treehouse workspaces is that if you need assistance, you can make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here.

Otherwise, you may need to be much more explicit about what development environment you are using and how you have you files organized in it, and you may also need to show at least parts of the actual code here.
