The "form" and "input" tags are incomplete, so the "input" appears to be additional properties of the "form", instead of a separate element. A tag must start with "<" and end with ">".

Also the end tag for the form is missing.

yeah sorry about that I was falling asleep earlier from the previous video and missed some of the info. I got it now though, thanx alot! Working overnight is such a drag!!
