Install PHP on Windows 7

Ive followed the instructions for installing xampp, but when I try to start apche, it doesnt run and I get the following error. Could someone please advise me what Im doing wrong

If you are using skype, uncheck use port 80 in skype

I tried this and it gave me a different error, saying that 80 was in use. I changed the apache listening port to 90 in the config file and it works now, so thanks for the tip Mark :)
