Installing MAMB, but constantly saying the port 80 is being used cannot load Apache, my skype is closed

I was installing MAMB, but constantly getting the error port 80 is being used, cannot load Apache, my skype is closed. Any help is great. When loading on port 8888 & 8889 it does not work as localhost does not load on localhost:8888://MAMB
