Installing Ruby Development Environment

I am struggling to set up the Ruby Development Enviroment, even though I am carefully following the steps in https://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-simple-ruby-on-rails-application/getting-started-with-rails/generate-a-rails-application-2

I think some of the links provided in the film don't work (eg for cmder) and additionally some of the software versions might have moved on, changing how the code operates.

Does anyone have a link to a fool-proof and up-to-date series of steps for setting up the environment which I could access?

Hi Mark,

Jason recorded a more current workshop on Installing a Ruby Dev Environment on Windows that should hopefully help. Check it out! I'll follow up about making these workshops more visible to students.
