Installing wordpress locally on Windows

How do you install wordpress locally on the Windows set-up and move forward from there? There is only one video for Windows then the rest of the videos show you how to move forward with Mac.

Hi, you would follow the same steps, starting with creating a database with phpMyAdmin.

Use wordpress export and import tool. Export your WP locally and then import the file to the live site.
